Presidio Financial Advisors is a registered investment advisory providing investment management and consulting services to our clients.
INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
For our discretionary investment management services, our goal is to understand our clients and learn about their specific circumstances to help create a tailored investment approach. As a fiduciary, our clients' best interests come before our own, and we will disclose any potential conflicts that may arise during the process.
For our discretionary investment services, we do not have a minimum portfolio size set at this time and are willing to provide a free 30-minute consultation.
INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT PROCESS
We have a conversation to become acquainted. We will share information about us and our services. You share why you are looking for help.
We set up a meeting where you bring details about your financial situation, and we talk about your goals and objectives as well as your risk tolerance.
We will then create an investment strategy, and assume the responsibility to implement and monitor it for you. This can include a financial planning approach. Periodically, we meet to review the strategy and provide each other with any important updates. As needed, we will update the investment strategy going forward.
INVESTMENT CONSULTING
For our investment consulting services, we assist our clients by working with them to evaluate alternative-type, or non-traditional investments, assets, and projects. Whether considering investing in a closely-held business, real estate property, or other types of private placements, we can help you navigate the intricacies to ask the right questions, and make sure you better weigh the pros and cons.
Because we do not actively source these investments, and we do not receive any type of referral compensation or ‘finder’s fees’, our advice is uncompromised.
INVESTMENT CONSULTING PROCESS
We set up a meeting to evaluate the scale and scope of the project or investment you are assessing, and determine objectives how my services will best help you.
We will review and analyze the project and can provide you with feedback. Depending on the nature of the services needed and the level of involvement you desire, this process can vary greatly.
You make the final decision whether or not to pursue this particular investment or project.
